12 Wave Logistic Centre

The 12 Waves Logistics Centre comprises office space, restaurants and cafés, a convenience shop, a truckers’ lounge and a signature Japanese Garden that ran nearly 700 meters around the site. The heart of its operations is the large warehouse block, broken into 12 identifiable units replicating the Chinese zodiac cycle. This modularity also provides opportunities for daylighting, rainwater collection and the production of solar energy.
